More NYC workers are confident in their ability to find a job - but not in the availability of jobs themselves.
According to the latest Spherion® Employment Report, more workers in New York are confident in their overall employment situation - including their ability to head out and find a better job than the one they’re in. However, I’m not sure how that stands up when fewer workers are confident in the actual availability of jobs in the first place.
